Password Management Procedure (PP-1)

This procedure standardizes password creation, management, and recovery processes for SnowBe Online. Built in accordance with cybersecurity best practices, the document serves as an operational guide for safeguarding user credentials and securing system access. 

I developed a step-by-step process covering password creation, expiration reminders, secure resets using multi-factor authentication (MFA), and enforcement policies for non-compliance. Each measure is designed to protect sensitive data and reduce the risk of account compromise.
Through this assignment, I demonstrated my ability to translate policy into actionable procedures that enhance day-to-day security hygiene while maintaining usability for end users.
